Who Are we?
Shine On Creative is a Melbourne-based children’s entertainment company built on one joyful belief: fun isn’t frivolous—it’s essential!
From face painting, balloon twisting and bubble shows to glitter art, hair braiding and interactive incursions, we bring colour, creativity and plenty of heart to parties, schools, festivals and corporate events across Melbourne.
We take our craft seriously—even when we’re covered in glitter and wearing balloon hats. Whether it’s an intimate birthday or a large community event, our professional team arrives prepared and ready to create an experience people will remember long after the balloons deflate (and the glitter mysteriously follows everyone home).
A little about Us
Hi, I'm Naomi — the founder of Shine On Creative.
I've been working in children's entertainment and early childhood education for over a decade, and honestly, I still get genuinely excited about every single booking — the magic never gets old, and I hope it never does.
I am an early childhood educator with a background in youth program leadership and the arts. I hold a Diploma in Early Learning and am currently undergoing a Master of Teaching (Primary), which means the fun is always backed by a comprehensive understanding of how children learn, play, and thrive.

Hi, I’m Shahar, and I’m proud to be the other half of Shine On Creative.
I’ve worked as an educator and teacher for more than 20 years, inspiring children of all ages, but early childhood has always held a special place in my heart.
After seven years as a Steiner early childhood teacher, I’ve learned how powerful imagination, creativity and play can be. I love bringing art, laughter and joy into everything I do. I believe every child is born creative, and when we truly connect with them, magic can happen.
