Our Workshops
Each workshop is available in three formats: Kids, Adults, and Parents & Kids (bonding sessions).
KIDS
"Mad Lab"
🔬 Ages 5–12 · Messy · Gloriously hands-on
Science isn't something that happens in textbooks — it happens when you mix the wrong things together and something fizzes, pops, or completely dissolves. Mad Lab is a hands-on science workshop where kids become the experimenters. We explore chemistry, physics, and the natural world through activities designed to provoke genuine "WHOA" moments. Every child participates, every child makes a mess, and every child leaves asking why.
Choose from 3 mini experiments or one BIG ONE.
What they take away: Kids leave with science-brain switched firmly on, and a list of experiments they're definitely going to be ask to recreate at home.
ADULTS
"Actually, How Does That Work"
🧪 Curious minds welcome · No lab coat required
You use science every single day and probably don't think about it once. This workshop is for adults who want to reconnect with genuine curiosity — the kind you had as a kid before school made science feel like something you were either good at or weren't. We explore hands-on experiments, surprising phenomena, and the satisfying experience of understanding something you previously just accepted. Equal parts fascinating and unexpectedly fun.
FAMILY BONDING
"Kitchen Scientists"
👩👦 Parents & Kids · All ages · Messy & magnificent
The best science experiments use things you already have at home — and the best science moments happen when a parent and child figure something out together. Kitchen Scientists is a shared discovery workshop where grown-ups and kids work side by side to explore cause and effect, reactions, and the kind of questions that don't have easy answers. Adults remember how to wonder. Kids discover that their grown-up doesn't know everything. Everyone gets a little messy.
KIDS
"Noise Makers"
🥁 Ages 3–12 · Loud · Joyful · No instruments required (we make them)
Turns out you don't need a piano or ten years of lessons to make music — you just need a body, a beat, and absolutely zero inhibitions. Noise Makers is a hands-on rhythm workshop where kids explore music through clapping, stomping, body percussion, improvised instruments, and the kind of collective noise that makes adults nervous in the best possible way. We build beats together, play call-and-response games, and discover that everyone — every single person in the room — has rhythm. It just sounds different for everyone, and that's exactly the point.
What they take away: A new relationship with sound, a beat they created themselves, and the unshakeable belief that they are absolutely, definitely musical.
ADULTS
"Everybody's Got Rhythm (Yes, Even You)"
🎵 All levels · Surprisingly therapeutic · Guaranteed to prove you wrong about yourself
You've been telling yourself you have no rhythm and no singing voice since 1997 and both of those things are simply not true. Everybody's Got Rhythm is a music, percussion, and yes — singing — workshop for adults who have spent decades convincing themselves they're the only person in the room who genuinely can't keep a beat or hold a note. Spoiler: you can. And the fastest way to find out is to do it in a room full of people who are equally terrified and willing to be ridiculous about it.
We start with rhythm — body percussion, call-and-response, group beats — and build into group singing games and exercises that get progressively sillier and louder. Here's the thing about singing badly in a group: the more committed everyone is, the better it actually sounds. And by the time you're fully invested in the chaos, the self-consciousness is just gone. That's not an accident. That's the whole point.
No musical ability required. No solos. No judgment. Just a room full of adults rediscovering that making noise together is one of the most joyful and connecting things a human being can do.
What they take away: A working beat, a voice they'd forgotten they had, and the specific kind of confidence that only comes from doing something terrifying in a safe room and surviving it.
PARENTS & KIDS
"The Family Band"
🎶 All ages · Chaotic · Musical · Genuinely moving
Every family has its own rhythm — this workshop just makes it audible. The Family Band is a shared music and percussion session where parents and children create beats, songs, and soundscapes together using their bodies, found objects, and simple percussion instruments. We play games, build on each other's rhythms, and work toward a group performance that is part composition, part beautiful chaos, and entirely theirs. There is something genuinely profound about making music with someone you love, even when neither of you knows what you're doing.
What they take away: A piece of music they made together, a new way of listening to each other, and at least one rhythm they'll tap out on the dinner table for weeks.
KIDS
"Breathe, Stretch, Roar"
🦁 Ages 3–10 · Calm with bursts of chaos · Story-based
Kids don't need yoga explained to them — they need it experienced. Breathe, Stretch, Roar is a story-led yoga and mindfulness session where children move through a guided adventure using their bodies, breath, and imagination. We become animals, weather systems, and superheroes. We practise stillness and silliness in equal measure. And somewhere in the middle of all of it, kids learn that they have the power to calm themselves down.
ADULTS
"Seriously Though, Breathe"
🧘 Adults · All levels · Genuinely restorative · No pretzel poses required
This is not a yoga class that will make you feel inadequate. Seriously Though, Breathe is a grounding session for adults who carry a lot and rarely put any of it down. We move through accessible yoga, breathwork, and guided stillness in a way that meets you exactly where you are — whether that's wound tight, completely depleted, or somewhere in the beautiful chaos between the two.
You'll leave feeling like someone pressed a reset button on your nervous system. Please drink water.
FAMILY BONDING
"Still & Silly"
🌿 Parents & Kids · All ages · Gentle · Surprisingly moving
Mindfulness with kids is less "silent meditation" and more "organised beautiful chaos" — and that's exactly what makes it work. Still & Silly is a shared yoga and breathing session where parents and children explore calm, connection, and movement together. We use storytelling, partner poses, and guided breathing games to create a space that's gentle enough for little ones and genuinely restorative for grown-ups.
What they take away: A rare moment of shared stillness. Something you'll both remember.
KIDS
"Make a Mess, Make a Masterpiece"
🎨 Ages 3–12 · Gloriously messy · Take-home creation included
There are no mistakes in this workshop — only interesting decisions. Make a Mess, Make a Masterpiece is a hands-on art session where kids explore colour, texture, and creative expression through guided projects that leave plenty of room for their own ideas. We paint, collage, sculpt, and generally cover ourselves in things that will take three washes to fully remove. Every child creates something they're proud of, because every child's version is the right one.
What they take away: A take-home creation, paint under their fingernails for at least two days, and a new belief that they are an artist.
ADULTS
"I Used to Be Creative"
🖌️ No talent required · Therapeutic · Surprisingly freeing
You were creative as a kid. Then somewhere along the way you decided you "weren't artistic" and stopped. I Used to Be Creative is an art session for adults who want to come back to making things without the pressure of being good at it. We work through guided creative exercises using paint, mixed media, and free expression in a space that's about the process, not the outcome. You will not be graded. You will not be compared. You will probably enjoy yourself more than you expected.
What they take away: A finished piece you made with your own hands, and the quiet realisation that creating things feels really, really good.
FAMILY BONDING VERSION
"Side by Side"
🖍️ Parents & Kids · All ages · Calm · Connected · Colourful
There's something special about making something alongside someone you love. Side by Side is a shared art and craft session where parents and children work on parallel or collaborative projects — sometimes together, sometimes independently, always in the same creative space. We explore colour, texture, and storytelling through art in a way that's accessible for little hands and genuinely satisfying for grown-up ones.
What they take away: Two pieces of art, one shared experience, and a new tradition you'll probably want to repeat at home.
