Our Hair Braiding Experience brings colour, creativity and a proper sense of "look what I got done" to any event. Guests choose their own style, colour and extras — from quick, simple braids right through to full festival-style braids loaded with colourful extensions, ribbons and accessories. Whatever they pick, it's theirs, and it stays in until they choose to take it out.
It's a fantastic fit for birthdays, school events, festivals, shopping centre activations and community celebrations — anything where guests want a relaxed, enjoyable activity they can dip in and out of throughout the day.
Available Melbourne-wide, our braiding artists work brilliantly alongside our face painters, balloon artists, giant bubbles and other Shine On Creative entertainment to build out a full event experience.

Every style, every price point — from a selection of simple, cute but no-fuss braids, to full colour-and-extension festival looks, so there's something for every person, event and budget. Welcome to add-on Glitter and decorative hair accessories.
Quick or full-service, your call — snappy 5-minute braids for high-turnover, queue-friendly events, or 15–20 minute full festival braids with extensions for guests who want to properly sit down and get the whole look
All ages welcome — mostly booked by pre-teens, teenagers and adults, but littlies are very welcome too with a quicker, simpler style suited to shorter attention spans
Take it home, keep it in — extensions and ribbons stay in until the guest chooses to remove them, so the fun keeps going well after the event's over
Minimal setup — just two chairs and a small table, so we fit into pretty much any indoor/outdoor layout. Works best with minimal wind.
